Sabrina Leslie presented at PepTalk (January 19–22, 2026) on the application of CLiC technology for single-particle, high-resolution characterization of mRNA–lipid nanoparticles (mRNA-LNPs). Her talk highlighted how CLiC enables deep insight into payload content and molecular organization at the individual particle level capabilities that are increasingly critical for the development and optimization of nucleic acid therapeutics.
